How often do I receive an envelope?‍ ‍

Memory Lane Mail is sent out at the 1st of each month*. 💌📬

Sign up anytime! If the current month’s mailing is still available, I’ll be happy to send it your way. Otherwise, your Memory Lane Mail journey will begin with the next month’s mailing.

*USPS delivery times may vary so arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. If you do not receive your mailing before the end of the current month, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help!

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! Some of the best gifts aren't things…they're experiences. Memory Lane Mail is a thoughtful way to remind someone they're loved, appreciated, and thought of each month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. We believe our journeys should be as enjoyable as the experience itself. You're free to cancel at any time, though we hope every delivery gives you a reason to look forward to the next.

Are the envelopes different every month?

Yes! Each month's delivery is thoughtfully curated around a unique theme, so every envelope offers a new experience while keeping the cozy charm you've come to expect.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.A?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional countries in the future. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Can I update the recipient’s mailing address?

Yes. If the recipient moves during an active journey, you may request one mailing address update per journey, so their remaining letters reach their new home.

Simply email: hello@memorylanemail.com with the recipient’s name and new mailing address.

Please note that Memory Lane Mail is unable to accommodate multiple or recurring address changes during the same journey. If you need the flexibility to send letters to different addresses or recipients, we recommend purchasing a new journey or choosing one of our shorter-term options.
